On the 1st of April, 2020, a licence agreement was signed to open ECCC representation in Limassol, Cyprus, and to implement the ECCC standard in this country together with Cyprus partners.
This is another country in which an ECCC digital competence validation standard is established to promote digital education and provide digital competence validation of citizens, based on the DigComp framework of EC.
