The partnership with the Education and Science Department of the Kyrgyz Republic
On the 22th of October of this year, ECCC Foundation signed the letter of intent with the Education and Science Department of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the cooperation when it comes to the implementation of the ECCC certification standard in the Kyrgyz Republic (Central Asia). The parties undertook to the joint cooperation, popularizing good practices and promoting guidelines of the standard. The Deputy Minister, prof. Boris Kubaev, PhD., as a representative of The Education and Science Department of the Kyrgyz Republic, signed the letter. The letter of intent opens the door to the implementation of ECCC in the education system of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Certification Director, Marek Miłosz, PhD. Eng., as a representative of ECCC Foundation, signed the letter.

ICCC – the international standard of training and certification
European Computer Competence Certificate ECCC crossed the borders of Europe. The first step to promote the standard outside Europe, in the direction of northern Africa and Arabic countries, was the letter of intent signed in September of this year and concerning the cooperation between ECCC Foundation and Euro-Mediterranean University (EMUNI) with its registered office in Slovenia. This agreement is especially important, because EMUNI is the network of 142 universities from 37 countries and this fact can influence the popularization of the ECCC standard in all countries that cooperate with Euro-Mediterranean University. The next step is to sign the partnership agreement between ECCC Foundation and ANTONIOU MULTIMEDIA TRAINING BOARD (AMTB) with its registered office in Cyprus. With the entering in cooperation with AMTB, the ECCC standard appeared on the continent of Asia for the first time.
In response to the progressive process of internationalization of the ECCC standard, on the 18th of October, 2010, the Board of ECCC Foundation undertook resolution, according to which European Computer Competence Certificate ECCC will act as International Computer Competence Certificate ICCC outside Europe. -

Tourism and hotel management service in Cyprus in the ECCC standard
On the 22th of September, 2010, the agreement between ECCC Foundation and ANTONIOU MULTIMEDIA TRAINING BOARD (AMTB) in Limassol (Cyprus) was signed. The agreement concerns the cooperation within the scope of training and IT competences certification in the ECCC standard, especially in the area of tourism and hotel management service. The Chairman, Ryszard Woś, as a representative of ECCC Foundation, and the Chairman, Theodoros Antoniou, as a representative of AMTB, signed the agreement. During the meeting practical opportunities of the implementation and adaptation of ECCC to the programme of the vocational training of personnel to provide for the needs of the Cypriot accommodation sector were discussed.
