Another group of employees and entrepreneurs complete ECCC training within the project "Training for a Career Path"
The workshops organized for employees and entrepreneurs in support of professional development have ended. Fourteen examinees and participants of the "Training for a Career Path" project had to demonstrate knowledge of Spreadsheet Calculations, IT module M3. Information and communication technologies, that is the knowledge and skills gained within the IT module M6, was also tested. Both modules were implemented at the B, or intermediate, level.
The examiner, Marcin Nowak, determined to what degree the trainees assimilated the knowledge from the field of data management in worksheets or workbooks, and assessed trainees ability to insert graphical objects and modify their properties. For the information and communication technologies module, the examiner checked the ability to configure browser settings, to format text included in messages and transfer files via instant messaging.
Nowak emphasized the huge popularity of the workshops. "There were as many as three candidates for one place. Certainly, more candidates would participate in the workshops if finances allowed it. These projects are extremely necessary," he argues.
This project is being carried out within the Operational Programme Human Capital, priority VIII: Regional human resources for the economy, measure: 8.1 Developing a workforce and enterprises in the region, submeasure: 8.1.1 Supporting the development of professional qualifications and counseling for enterprises. -
